With 64^2 resolution, runs to the end. Ripples form, but are not deep enough and then kind of dissipate. The plot doesn't look like typical Orszag-Tang vortex, but could be at least partially due to the HLL solver (which theoretically does not really resolve Alfven waves).
With 128^2 resolution, crashes earlier.
