Member of the KOSMA astronomy group. My research focuses on molecular spectroscopy and mm/FIR-continuum observations in the interstellar medium, molecular cloud- and star-formation, interstellar turbulence, and tropospheric aeronomy.

I am co-PI of the SOFIA legacy projct FEEDBACK and now involved in the exploitation of the FYST/CCAT observatory in Chile.
