My main work is focused on studying high-mass star forming regions. I completed a PhD thesis in Physics, entitled Massive Star Formation: ionized and molecular gas in the first evolutionary stages, at the Departament d'Astronomia i Meteorologia of the Universitat de Barcelona (Barcelona, Spain) in 2011, under the direction of Robert Estalella, Stan Kurtz, and Aina Palau. After that, I pursued a postdoctoral position at the Osservatorio Astrofisico di Arcetri (Florence, Italy) within the Star Formation group leaded by Riccardo Cesaroni. Since Fall 2013, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the I. Physikalisches Institut of the Universität zu Köln (Cologne, Germany), within the group leaded by Peter Schilke.
